Affiliate Marketing Network Statistics Aggregator

If you’re signed up to lots of affiliate programs, you’ll know the hassle of logging in to each one of them to check your stats. Like most people, you probably do that several times a day. That adds up to a lot of wasted time. If you’re more advanced, you’re probably storing the results in a homegrown Excel worksheet. Either way, it’s a tedious task.

There’s already some programs out there to help with this, but they’re either too complex or too expensive.

On Monday morning I decided to start working on my own statistics collector for all the programs I’m signed up to. Once I got started on this, I thought other marketers out there would get some use out of this tool.

So, without further adieu, I present to you I Heart Stats:

I <3 Stats is an ASP.NET web application that you could run on your local Windows PC or remote server. The database is MS SQL 2005 so it’s quite robust.

It provides a single page to see how all of your affiliate programs are doing today. Currently it tracks: impressions, clicks and commissions.

A couple of big features that sets this app apart are:

  • Categories – now you can group your affiliate programs logically how you want to see them.
  • Mobile Stats – this simplified view will allow you to keep track of your performance from your iPhone or Palm Pre.

Right now, there’s only a handful of affiliate program plug-ins but I’m looking for suggestions of more to develop.

It currently supports:

Features on the drawing board include:

  • Campaign/SubID support
  • Nifty charts for visualizing your data
